Why should I choose AceDialup?
We let you use whichever browser and e-mail software you want. We have excellent customer service and technical support.  We offer unlimited internet access at $12.50 (static IP accounts $21.00, MultiLink $25.00) with Nationwide access.  Our web site is easy to navigate and you are always just a couple of clicks away from your destination.  We live up to your expectations each and every month, with no need to pre-pay for 6 months or a year.

Am I limited to a certain number of hours per month?
Your service is for unlimited internet access for dialup and multilink. ISDN is limited to 300 channel hours.  We do ask that you disconnect from if you are not actively using the internet.  However, we do not require that you disconnect.

Are there any long distance charges when using AceDialup?
We suggest that you check with your local phone company to make sure that the number you dial to use AceDialup is a local call.  Under no circumstances will AceDialup reimburse for long distance charges.

Are there any penalties for canceling the service?
No.  We never charge a cancellation penalty.  If we do not live up to YOUR expectations, then we do not deserve your business.

Can I pay monthly?
Yes!  We are so confident in our service that we do not lock you into a 3, 6 or 12-month contract.

Can I pay by check?
Yes, but a credit card is required to open an account. Debit cards with Visa/MasterCard logo are also accepted. Your first month will be billed to a credit card.

Can I block adult or other material?
You may use any filtering software to block material that you find objectionable or you do not want members of your family viewing.  You can download parental control software here. AceDialup does not take any responsibility for the software it recommends or what users view on the internet.

Can I use my dial-up account to connect simultaneously from several computers?
No.  Only one simultaneous connection can be supported per $12.50 access fee.

Can I get a 30-day free trial, or 100 free hours with AceDialup?
AceDialup monthly rate of $12.50 is so low we cannot offer free trials.  With the quality of service, and the value offered by AceDialup, we simply can't afford to give our access away without raising everyone's price.  AceDialup does not force its subscribers that pay to carry the load of the ones that don't!

Can I remain online for unlimited time without disconnecting?
A user will automatically be disconnected after 5 hours.  You can call back in and reconnect within two minutes.

Does AceDialup offer ISDN dial up access?
Yes. Our Multilink accounts can also be used for ISDN.

How fast is AceDialup?
Very fast!  AceDialup uses the latest in modem technology.  All AceDialup connections are via 56k, V.90 compliant modems.

How often will I get a busy signal?
Not often!  AceDialup does everything possible to maintain easy access to the internet.

How often does your server go down?
Not often.  Our servers are completely redundant.  When one goes down, another one picks up right where it left off.

How long does it take to get my account activated?
Accounts are activated within 60 seconds.

How do I get in touch with customer service and technical support?
They can be reached from our Customer Support Website.  Our goal is to answer all inquiries in 15-30 minutes.

I want to change to a different credit card.  How do I do this?
Just click on Account Update from our member area.

I forgot my password.  How do I find out what it is?
Please e-mail customer service. We'll need to confirm the last 4 digits of your credit card number or send your password to the email address you provided during sign-up.

Is the FREE web site hosting for personal or business use?
It can be used for either purpose.

Spamming policies
We do not allow spamming.  Do not attempt to use us to send unsolicited bulk e-mail (spamming).  If you are found to be spamming, your account will be cancelled and you will be blocked from ever using our service again. We also use CALLER ID in our radius files to track the phone number that users are dialing from and we do not hesitate to track down fraudulent offenders.

What is the monthly fee?
Monthly rate for unlimited nationwide internet access is $12.50, including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.

When do you charge my credit card?
The day you sign up becomes your Billing Cycle date. We charge each month on your billing cycle date.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

When is AceDialup customer service and technical support available?

Who provides AceDialup with its backbone to the Internet?
AceDialup utilizes the internet and frame-relay backbone of Qwest, UUNET, Telia, and StarNet.

What is my discount for pre-paying for my AceDialup service?
Our monthly rate of $12.50 is so low, we cannot offer a pre-payment discount.  With AceDialup, you only need to pay for one month at a time. There is no need to pay for 3, 6 or even 12 months up front.

What does 10 Megabytes of web hosting mean?
Ten megabytes of web hosting means you get your own web site with 10MB of space to use.  Your web address will be: www.acedialup.com/~you@acedialup.com/

What is the maximum email attachment size?
File size may be up to 10MB and all file types are allowed.
