It really wasn't expected but has turned out to be a pleasant experience. The patience of the tech staff and courteous emails I have received, along with the various efforts to satisfy this one user's internet needs...Even my former LOCAL isp showed little interest in individual users - hence the reason I moved on to better service providers.
